‘Simple is the best’, best describes this dish. This is a quick and easy way to eat healthy with the vegetables you have at home. Just steaming vegetables and the result will be amazing! belly fat and inflammation are reduced!
Ingredients:
- 1 Korean Sweet Potato
- 1 medium Carrot
- 1 medium Squash or Zucchini
- 3~4 Shiitake mushrooms or 3~4 King mushrooms
- 2 boiled eggs (optional)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp Perilla oil
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Allulose-more or less
Directions:
- Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil.
- Cut sweet potato, carrot, squash, King mushrooms into rounds 1 cm thick.
- Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms if using.
- Cut the root of king mushrooms if using.
- When the water in the pot boils, place the steamer on the pot.
- Arrange the sweet potato in a single layer of steamer, covered for 4 minutes.
- Open the lid and add carrot, covered for 1 minute.
- Add squash and steam for 1 more minute, then add mushrooms and cover and steam for 1 more minute. * Steam 1 or 2 more minutes for softer vegetables.
- In a bowl, combine garlic, soy sauce, oil, allulose to make sauce.
- Turn off the heat. Remove the steamer from the pot and mix with sauce and serve
