Bacon Wrapped Asparagus in Air Fryer



Serve 20 pieces      Prep: 10 mins      Cook: 20 mins

 Ingredients:

  • 1 bundle Asparagus
  • 8 oz, Bacon - regular or thin cut bacon works best for this recipe
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Clean and cut the woody stems from the bottom of the asparagus and dried.
  2. Cut each asparagus spear into 2 equal sized pieces. 
  3. Drizzle asparagus with oil and sprinkle with your garlic salt, lemon pepper. Toss these together to coat your asparagus in the seasoning.
  4. Cut the bacon in half. Bundle the 4 pieces together. Lay a strip of bacon flat on a cutting board horizontally. Place an asparagus bundle on the left side of the bacon and tightly roll the bacon around the asparagus. Repeat for the remaining asparagus bundles and bacon.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 380 Fahrenheit and set the timer for 10 minutes.
  6. Once the air fryer is preheated, carefully add the asparagus bundles to the air fryer, bacon seam side down, and cook for 10 minutes until the bacon is crispy. Be sure to check halfway through.
  7. Remove the asparagus bundles from the air fryer, let cool, then enjoy!
