Ingredient:
Use the rice measuring cup (180ml) that came with the Instant Pot for rice, water, Konjac
- 1 cup Oats
- 1 cup Black rice (Heukmi)
- 2 cups Mixed Grain (Keon Kang Jabkok)
- 4 packs Konjac (each 150 g)
- 4 1/2 cups water
Directions:
- Mix oats, black rice, and mixed grains in a strainer, rinse grains by rubbing with hands and place them into the instant pot.
- Pour Konjac in a strainer , and drain the water, then rinse the Konjac 1-2 times and place it into the instant pot.
- Add 4 1/2 cup water into the instant pot
- Close the lid, make sure the pressure valve is in the sealing position, and cook on high pressure 20 minutes.
- Allow to naturally release until pressure subsides, or wait at least 15 minutes before doing a quick release.
- Fluff perfectly cooked rice with a rice paddle, then serve.
