Tuna Poke

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sashimi-grade Tuna, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/4 c yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c green onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sweet chili sauce or sriracha sauce
  • 1 garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp sesame seed
Directions
  1. Pat dry tuna, and cut the tuna into cubes, then place the tuna cubes in a large bowl.
  2. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oil  sesame seeds, chili sauce, and garlic.
  3. Pour over the tuna and toss to coat.
  4. Stir in the green onions and sweet onion
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge to chill for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with cucumber slices, avocado slices or over brown or white rice!
