Korean spicy dried radish


Ingredients
  • Dried radish slices 200 g
  • 5 Tbs soy sauce
  • 3 Tbs Fish sauce
  • 3 scallions,thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbs minced garlic
  • 1/4 onion, minced in food processor
  • 5 Tbs Korean chili powder
  • 2 Tbs Maesil Cheong
  • 3 Tbs Oligo dang 
  • sesame seed Oil
  • a pinch of sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Soak the dried radish in 5 cups of warm water for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain and wash the radish with cold water 3-4 times. Drain again to remove moisture, then place the radishes in a medium bowl.
  3. Put the onion in the food processor, then add to the radishes.
  4. Add green onions, soy sauce, fish sauce, minced garlic, red pepper powder, Maesil Cheong,Oligo dang and sesame seeds to the radishes. Mix well.
  5. For best results, enjoy at least 2-3 days later.   Add a couple drops of sesame seed oil, and mix well before serve.
