- 2 1/2 lbs Marinated bulgogi
- 1 bag carrots
- 2 Napa Cabbage
- 3 large onions, thinly sliced
- 4 Green onion
- 1 Large bag Dang Myun
- 1 large container mushrooms
- 2 large can chicken broth
- 3 Firm Tofu
- Boil the chicken Broth, then add bulgogi and cook half way.
- Add sliced carrots and napa cabbage and onion, mushrooms, boil then add Dang Myun.
- reduce the heat and add sliced green onions, a pinch of black pepper, turn the heat off
- Serve over the white rice.
