Baked Tilapia with Mango Salsa

Serve:4 Prep: 5m Cook: 15m


  • 4 tilapia fillets

  • 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's lemon pepper with zest of lemon on each fillet

  • Mango salsa * check my receipe for mango salsa

  • 1 lemon

  • a pinch of salt


  1. Preheat oven 375 degrees

  2. Marinade the fish with the lemon pepper, salt

  3. Bake the fish about 15 min until it is done

  4. To serve, put the baked fish on the plate and pour over the mango salsa
