Korean Chive Salad - Buchu Muchim

 



Ingredients

Directions:

  1. Rinse chives and drain. Remove any brown ends. Cut into 2 in lengths, and place in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Add fish sauce, Maesil Cheong, Gochugaru, Sesame seed oil, and Sesame seed.
  3. Toss cut chives with seasoning gently, and serve at room temperature.
