Ingredients
- 1 Lb. Buchu (Garlic chives)
- 2 Tbsp Fish Sauce (Tree Crabs Fish Sauce)
- 2 Tbsp Maesil Cheong
- 1 Tbsp Korean Red Pepper Flakes (Gochugaru)
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seed oil
- 1 tsp Toasted sesame seed
Directions:
- Rinse chives and drain. Remove any brown ends. Cut into 2 in lengths, and place in a medium-sized bowl.
- Add fish sauce, Maesil Cheong, Gochugaru, Sesame seed oil, and Sesame seed.
- Toss cut chives with seasoning gently, and serve at room temperature.
