Ingredients
- 2~3 lbs Pork Belly (sam-gyeo-sal)
 - salt, ground peper, and garlic powder
 
Directions
- Cross score fat side of pork belly.
 - Combine salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl, then coat the pork belly evenly all sides, set aside.
 - Preheat air-fryer for 5 minutes at 375 degree F. Put seasoned pork belly into the basket, then cook 10 minutes per each sides, total of 40 minutes
 - Let it stand about 10 minutes. then slice them
