Crispy Roasted Pork Belly: Air-Fryer

Ingredients

  • 2~3 lbs Pork Belly (sam-gyeo-sal)
  • salt, ground peper, and garlic powder
Directions
  1. Cross score fat side of pork belly.
  2. Combine salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl, then coat the pork belly evenly all sides, set aside.
  3. Preheat air-fryer for 5 minutes at 375 degree F. Put seasoned pork belly into the basket, then cook 10 minutes per each sides, total of 40 minutes
  4. Let it stand about 10 minutes. then slice them
