Ingredients
- 1 lb Sashimi-grade Tuna, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/4 c yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c green onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sweet chili sauce or sriracha sauce
- 1 garlic, minced
- 2 tsp sesame seed
Directions
- Pat dry tuna, and cut the tuna into cubes, then place the tuna cubes in a large bowl.
- In a smaller bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oil sesame seeds, chili sauce, and garlic.
- Pour over the tuna and toss to coat.
- Stir in the green onions and sweet onion
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge to chill for 20 minutes.
- Serve with cucumber slices, avocado slices or over brown or white rice!
