Ingredients:
- 1 lb Shaved Beef Steak (from Trader Joe) or sirloin steak, cut into 2-3 inches length
- kosher salt,and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 2 teaspoon avocado oil
- 1 medium red onion, sliced into thick strips
- 1 large green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 large jalapeno, ribbed and seeded, thinly sliced
- 4-5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1-2 medium tomato, sliced into wedges
- 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce, use tamari for gluten free and coconut aminos for whole30
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 handful Frozen fries
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degree F. Season the frozen fries with garlic powder, then cook the fries to the package instruction
- Meanwhile, season meat with salt, pepper and cumin. Set aside. Prep the vegetables.
- Heat a large wok over high heat. When hot add the oil and the meat, cook about 2 minutes, until the meat is cooked. Add the onion, bell pepper, jalapeno and garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the tomato, soy sauce and vinegar and cook 1-2 more minutes.
- Season with more salt or coconut aminos as needed, remove from heat and finish with cilantro.
- Serve immediately with french fries.
