Biryani Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients
  • 1 bag (12 oz) riced cauliflower
  • 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 pinch of ginger powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or more to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste

Directions
  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high, add cauliflower rice, garlic, cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, ginger, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is softened, about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove skillet from heat and add lime wedges and cilantro.
