Ingredients
- 1 bag (12 oz) riced cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 pinch of ginger powder
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or more to taste
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
Directions
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high, add cauliflower rice, garlic, cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, ginger, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is softened, about 10 minutes.
- Remove skillet from heat and add lime wedges and cilantro.
