Ingredients
- Dried radish slices 200 g
- 5 Tbs soy sauce
- 3 Tbs Fish sauce
- 3 scallions,thinly sliced
- 1 Tbs minced garlic
- 1/4 onion, minced in food processor
- 5 Tbs Korean chili powder
- 2 Tbs Maesil Cheong
- 3 Tbs Oligo dang
- sesame seed Oil
- a pinch of sesame seeds
Instructions
- Soak the dried radish in 5 cups of warm water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and wash the radish with cold water 3-4 times. Drain again to remove moisture, then place the radishes in a medium bowl.
- Put the onion in the food processor, then add to the radishes.
- Add green onions, soy sauce, fish sauce, minced garlic, red pepper powder, Maesil Cheong,Oligo dang and sesame seeds to the radishes. Mix well.
- For best results, enjoy at least 2-3 days later. Add a couple drops of sesame seed oil, and mix well before serve.
