Ingredients:
- 1 cup fat-free or low-fat Greek-style plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh or dried apricots.
- 2 Tbsp low-sugar apricot preserves
- 4 tsp chopped walnuts, toasted
- Divide yogurt between 2 bowls.
- Top each serving with half the apricots, preserves, and walnuts.
- Serve!
